2024 Elections: ‘We Can’t Allow Mahama To Win’ – Chairman Wontumi

The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Bernard Antwi Bosiako, popularly called “Chairman Wontumi”, has expressed optimism over the December polls.

Chairman Wontumi, addressing his party faithfuls at a campaign launch in Kumasi over weekend, emphasized the NPP is solidly united and bracing itself for the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections.

He refuted claims that there is division in the party,  asserting that “the NPP is united and stronger”.

The Regional Chairman also took a swipe at the leader of the opposition National Democratic Congress, John Dramani Mahama, stressing the New Patriotic Party “cannot allow Mahama and the NDC to win this election”.

“We are winning. We are breaking the 8; this is for us!”, he exclaimed.
