24-Hour Economy Is A ‘Disruptive Virus’…I Know NDC Will Release Their ‘Canine-Teethed Demons’ On Me But… – Fmr. NDC Chairman

Former NDC Chairman for Central Region, Bernard Allotey Jacobs has fired salvoes at his former party and their leader, John Dramani Mahama, in relation to their 24-hour economy policy.
The former President has promised Ghanaians a 24-hour economy if re-elected to lead the nation in 2025.
The 24-hour economy, according to his explanation, will ensure businesses run a 3-shift system of 8 hours daily.
“Hospitality industry; our restaurants, our discotheques, our night clubs, our hotels , 24/7, 24 hours a day”, Mahama cited.
But this policy doesn’t sit well with Allotey Jacobs who, commenting during Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” morning show, finds it ridiculous.
“The 24-hour economy has turned into a disruptive virus that permeates through all the salient points in their manifesto”, he exclaimed.
Allotey Jacobs believes the former President and the NDC are just “making noise”, stating “this year being an electioneering campaign, you will hear much noise. So, the noise has begun”.
He described the NDC’s stock-in-trade to be releasing people to verbally attack their critics, hence is ready for the backlash.
He stated; “They will release their demons with canine teeth to come and condemn you.”
