Fuel Prices Go Down In New Year

Fuel prices across the various pumps have begun to go down.

A litre of petrol and diesel is selling for GH¢11.24 from GH¢12.69 and GH¢11.24 from the earlier GH¢11.69 respectively by some Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) in Ghana.

The reductions commenced on Monday, January 1, 2024 and have been attributed to the stability of the cedi.

As of January 1, 2024, the cedi is being bought at GH¢12.00 and sold at GH¢12.20.
