NDC Wants To Make Ghana ‘Ungovernable” – NPP Gen. Secretary

General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Justin Frimpong Koduah has dissented to the position of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) on signing a peace declaration prior to the December 7 polls.

The peace pact is to ensure that all political parties and their leaders commit to maintaining Ghana’s peace and stability.

But the National Chairman of the opposition NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, in an interview on Joy News, says his party leadership “won’t sign peace declaration ahead of elections”.

Reacting to this in an interview with Kwami Sefa Kayi on Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” show, Justin Frimpong Koduah expressed disappointment in the NDC saying their aim for refusing to sign the peace declaration is because they want to make Ghana “ungovernable”.

“They are just preparing their supporters not to accept the election results knowing very well that they will lose the elections. Let’s make this country ungovernable”, he said.
