Ghana Is Not iPhone To Reset It – Kofi Tonto Replies Mahama

Kofi Tonto, a Government Spokesperson, has responded to Ex-President John Dramani Mahama’s plea to Ghanaians to reset the nation.
John Mahama, NDC flagbearer, unveiling his manifesto to Ghanaians stated this country needs a reset because, to him, the incumbent government has ruined the economy.
“Tomorrow, we take the first step towards resetting our dear nation Ghana. We face challenges that have held us back for too long but now it’s time to build the Ghana we all want together…Tomorrow, we begin the journey together”, Mr. Mahama, presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress, told his party members and supporters.
Joining the Friday panel of Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” show, Kofi Tonto sent a caustic reply to Mahama saying “Ghana is not an iphone to reset it. Ghana is not a laptop to reset it”.
He indicated that what Ghana needs is not a reset but systems which, he stressed, have been instituted by the current administration with many more to be done by Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, flagbearer of the ruling New Patriotic Party, to develop the nation.
He emphasized; “We build on nations. We don’t reset them.”
