Police Arrest 9 Suspects For Burning EC Office At Ayensuano
The Police has arrested nine (9) suspects in connection with setting ablaze the Electoral Commission office at Ayensuano in the Eastern Region.
The Police, in a statement, noted that the number of their arrests post-election disturbances comes to 106, “all of whom are currently undergoing due legal processes”.
“We wish to once again assure the public that the Police and other security agencies are committed to the protection of our communities to maintain law and order”, the statement further read.
