Petitions Seeking Torkornoo’s Removal Should Have Been Given To KVIP Toilet Operators – Salam Mustapha

Salam Mustapha

NPP National Youth Organizer, Salam Mustapha has described as “despotic” the attempted dismissal of Chief Justice, Her Ladyship Gertrude Araba Sackey Torkornoo.

According to Salam Mustapha, the petitions to remove the Chief Justice are “useless”.

Mustapha gave an ad hominem response targeted at the petitioners believing that the accusations leveled at the Chief Justice are flimsy.

“Someone writes a petition that he went to court and the Chief Justice didn’t laugh back to him, so it forms basis for the removal of the Chief Justice. Are you mad?”, he fumed on Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” morning show.

The NPP guru warned that “the sanctity of the Judiciary, its independence should never be compromised and that the separation of powers should be allowed to work as we have had it in this country seamlessly”.

He stressed; “If I were the President and these petitions had been brought before, I would have presented it to the KVIP toilet workers for them to use it to wipe their buttocks because they are as useless as anything I have come across.”
