We’ll Hire The Best Coach For Black Stars – GFA
The Ghana Football Association has assured Ghanaians of securing a suitable coach for the national team, the Black Stars.
The Black Stars coach, Chris Hughton, was sacked following the team’s exit from the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cote D’Ivoire.
Ghana was eliminated at the group stage, causing rage for the team and management.
In an interview with Akoma FM, the Vice President of the Association, Mark Addo, has expressed disappointment over the team’s performance in the AFCON saying  “nobody wants outcomes more than us (GFA)…It just so happens that things don’t always go as planned for various reasons but we must keep moving forward”.
In view of this, he pledged the FA’s commitment to appointing the right person to coach the team.
“I can tell Ghanaians that we will hire the best coach for the Black Stars according to the criteria.”
