I’m The 1st Person To Buy Lincoln Navigator Car In Kumasi – Prophet Ogyaba Fires Back At Those Calling Him ‘Fake’
Ghanaian Prophet, Emmanuel Akwasi Boakye, popularly called “Ogyaba”, has responded to criticisms about his source of wealth and accusations that he extorts money from people to enrich himself.
The renowned Prophet, who has widely received lashes from a section of the public, particularly people who consult him for spiritual guidance, has refuted the allegations leveled against him.
In a video sighted by Ghmessenger, the religious leader set the record straight on how he became rich.
He noted that his riches have come into question because his accusers know little to nothing about him, so think he just recently acquired the things they see him with.
He recounted that his life has been characterized by ups and downs but fortunately for him, he became rich a long time ago.
He revealed he was the first person in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, to buy a Lincoln Navigator car.
“I’m the first person to buy a Lincoln Navigator in Kumasi before Agya Koo bought his. I didn’t begin life today. When someone doesn’t know you, the person calls you a slave. So, when you see someone soaring higher, go closer to the person; then you check the person’s history. I didn’t just suddenly become this person I am today. I have suffered before; I’ve cried before. I have been a mate before”, he shared his life experiences.
He added he has been an illegal miner before stressing “before I engaged in galamsey, I was a mate in VIP bus”.
Prophet Ogyaba further addressed those who call him “fake”, asking “do you think if I’m a fool, God would allow me to lead such a large number of congregation?…Do you think if God hadn’t prepared me, I could lead such huge numbers?”.
