Women Are Afraid To Talk About Sexual Harassments – Vicky Zugah

Actress and presenter, According to Vicky Zugah, women who work in the creative industry tend to keep their experiences of sexual harassment to themselves.

She clarified that they would be blocked and denied roles if they disclosed the harassment they endure at the hands of gatekeepers.

According to Vicky Zugah, workplace harassment occurs in both artistic and corporate environments.

Nevertheless, women lack the courage to speak up about it.

“If you are a woman who is hoping to get married someday or aspiring to be a politician or a known figure, then you don’t need to say these things on air or expose yourself like this because you will be blacklisted,” she said on Accra-based Joy FM.
