Tell Ghanaians How You Have Perfected Corruption – Mahama’s Aide Mocks Akufo-Addo

Joyce Bawah Mogtari, Special Aide to former President John Dramani Mahama, has ridiculed the performance tracker launched by the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration.
The tracker is aimed at ensuring transparency and accountability in the execution of infrastructure projects across the country.
The government on Wednesday, 10th April, 2024 officially unveiled the tracker to serve as a reliable mechanism for showcasing the progress and impact of infrastructure projects.
This is to instill discipline and check corruption.
But to Joyce Bawah Mogtari, this performance tracker is a failure on arrival.
“To my utter surprise and disappointment, the misleading GoG Performance Tracker, failed to track the performance of Akufo Addo/Bawumia’s performance on corruption. What a waste of precious resources!”, she said on her X.
She challenged the current administration to tell Ghanaians how they have “perfected the art of corruption” instead of hiding behind the performance tracker and award “juicy contracts” to their families and cronies.
“We are told that 80% of government projects and contracts are single-sourced, and individuals and companies are handpicked by this nepotistic government and awarded juicy contracts.”
To my utter surprise and disappointment, the misleading GoG Performance Tracker, failed to track the performance of Akufo Addo/Bawumia’s performance on corruption.
What a waste of precious resources! Tell us how you and your boys and girls have perfected the art of corruption.…
