The High Court in Accra has revised the police inquiry bail conditions granted to the former Director-General of the National Signals Bureau (NSB), formerly the Bureau of National Communications (BNC), Kwabena Adu-Boahene, and his wife, Angela Adjei-Boateng.
The two individuals are being held on suspicion of causing financial loss to the State.
Presiding over the case, Justice Ruby Aryeetey reduced Adu-Boahene’s bail from GH¢120 million to GH¢80 million with two sureties.
Also, the couple must report to the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) twice a week for the next three weeks.
They have also been refused travelling from Ghana without permission from EOCO as their passports have been handed to the crime office.
