Deputy Finance Minister John Kumah Has Died

Deputy Minister for Finance, John Kumah has reportedly died.

According to sources, John Kumah, who also served as Member of Parliament for Ejisu, passed on in the early hours of Thursday, March 7, in Germany.

He is said to have been receiving medical treatment until his demise.

He was survived by a wife and six children.

Another report from a close friend of the late John Kumah says the Minister died in Ghana while en route to Germany.

“My man has been sick and has been battling for his life since November 2023. He was in Kumasi over the weekend and was due to get treatment in Germany tonight. He was in an ambulance to Accra en route to Germany, all things being equal, when he transitioned around Suhum”, he wrote.
