Do Something Better With Your Life – Boakye Agyarko To Ghanaian Youth
Boakye Agyarko, a former Minister of Energy, has slammed the Ghanaian youth over their attitude of following politicians to perpetrate a wrongdoing.
The former Minister lamented the misbehavior of the youth, especially those who have suddenly developed muscles to fight law enforcers.
He advised them to note that should any person beat or attempt to fight an officer in uniform, the person commits a grave offence against the State.
Speaking in an interview on Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” morning show, Boakye Agyarko advised the youth to “find something better to do with your life and stop being used for violence”.
He stressed; “The youth must understand that if they meet a Police officer on duty and you feel nobody can arrest me because your party is in power, you are fighting the State. Your punishment must be heavy.”
“How can the youth have such effrontery to fight a soldier or the Police?”, he questioned.
The NPP guru further admonished the youth to wise up and resist being used as “political stooges” to do unlawful acts.
