Don’t Assume You Will Win 2028 Elections – Global InfoAnalytics ‘Warns’ NDC
The Executive Director of Global InfoAnalytics has cautioned the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) against the 2028 presidential and parliamentary elections.
In an interview on Peace FM, Mussa Dankwah admonished those thinking the 2028 elections will be easy for the NDC or that the New Patriotic Party will remain in opposition to have a rethink.
He explained on Kokrokoo show that “every election is different”, hence the next election isn’t an automatic win for the NDC.
He argued that the 2024 election was a done deal for the Mahama-led NDC because of the various challenges that had angered Ghanaians to vote out the New Patriotic Party but the dynamics could change in 2028.
“Regardless of who was running against Mahama in 2024, that person would have lost”, he stated but emphasized the NDC should not “assume you have won by 56 percent, so, next time you will win”.
