I Will Contest For NPP General Secretary – Eugene Boakye Antwi Reveals

Former Member of Parliament for Subin, Eugene Boakye Antwi has revealed he will contest the New Patriotic Party’s internal national elections towards the 2028 general elections.

According to him, he is hopeful that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will come back into power in 2028.

However, he noted, the NPP can clinch victory in the next presidential and parliamentary elections only when they have the right leadership.

In view of this, Eugene Boakye Antwi disclosed in an interview on Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” show that he will contest the General Secretary position when the party opens nomination.

“I will be contesting for the position of General Secretary and I believe that this party, well, the party as it stands now needs my type”, he emphasized.
