‘I’m Sorry…I’ve Learnt Deeply Useful Lessons’ – Serwaa Amihere Apologizes Over Her Leaked ‘Sextape’
Media personality, Serwaa Amihere has rendered an apology to her family and loved ones over her leaked intimate video which, weeks ago, became a hot topic on the lips of Ghanaians.
Serwaa’s video showed her on bed with a gentleman called Henry Fitz and this video exposed her to public ridicule.
The GhOne TV presenter shared a statement on her Instagram dated April 24, 2024 disclosing how the video has affected her, her family and employer.
According to her, the video was shot 5 years ago, stressing “I considerably underestimated the extent of my influence, my potentials, what I would become, and what I would come to represent to this society”.
“Additionally, the video has been a source of frustration to all who have been my support, inspiration, and encouragement throughout my journey in the media”, she further stated.
Serwaa Amihere emphasized that she has “learnt deeply useful lessons for the future” and “sincerely, I say sorry for the embarrassment, disappointment, and frustration which this matter has caused to my family and loved ones, to the distinguished businesses and brands I represent, and to you”.
