Stop The Insults!! Let’s Debate One-on-One If You Truly Belief In Yourself – Bawumia Slams Mahama

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has taken a swipe at former President John Mahama over his recent tantrum at religious and traditional leaders in the country.
Mr. Mahama, who leads the National Democratic Congress, at a campaign event at Okaikwei North constituency in Accra, chided the Chiefs, Pastors and Imams as well as Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) for what he calls pampering the New Patriotic Party and their flagbearer, Dr. Bawumia.
He expects these entities to call out the government for showing what he describes as “wickedness” towards Ghanaians.
But to Dr. Bawumia, Mahama lacks ideas, hence his resort to attacks on these bodies for no reason.
He charged the former President to take up his challenge to debate him if indeed he (Mahama) has something better to offer Ghanaians.
Dr. Bawumia reiterating his request for a presidential debate while addressing a gathering in Amasaman in Greater Accra Region on Monday, September 16, said; “This election is not about insults. It is about ideas. You only insult people when you do not have ideas…That is why I say if you believe in what you did as a former Presidemt, come let us debate one-on-one. Come let us debate if you believe in yourself. He is afraid, so he is running away…because he knows I speak with data.”
