NAPO Pledges ₵150000 And 500 Bags Of Cement To Support Adum Market After Fire Outbreak


The 2024 NPP Vice Presidential Candidate and former Manhyia South MP, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh has pledged 100,000 of his money left in the MPs’ Common Fund to cushion traders affected by the raging fire at Adum in Kumasi weeks ago.

The former aspiring Vice President also pledged a sum of 50,000 cedis from his pocket to further support the victims and 500 bags of cement towards reconstruction of the market.

He said this when he visited the scene.
