National Service Personnel Will Undertake Military Training – President Declares

National Service personnel will soon undergo military training as part of service.

President John Dramani Mahama, in his State of the Nation Address on Thursday, February 27, opined that the military training will instill discipline in the personnel.

“We will introduce short military training as part of our national service scheme. This will instill a sense of fitness and discipline into our youth”, he said on the floor of Parliament.
