No One Engaged In Corruption Will Be Spared Under John & Jane Administration – Prof. Jane Opoku-Agyemang Pledges
Running Mate of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang has served notice to officials of the incumbent New Patriotic Party (NPP) government that no one who has engaged in act of corruption will be spared if the NDC comes into power in 2025.
Delivering a speech at her unveiling ceremony held at UPSA on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang promised that she and her boss, John Dramani Mahama, will ensure every person who has participated in the plunder of the State is held accountable.
“Across the political divide, across social and professional groupings, among the youth, you hear of complaints and stories concerning state capture, where this government has chosen to use its power not in the broader interest of all Ghanaians but to favor a small clique. What is that?
“John and I have agreed, that whoever has participated in the plunder of the state must be held accountable. This is not a threat; it is a promise, premised on the wishes of our citizens across the various political and social divides, and hinged on the principle of accountability”, she pledged.
