O2 Indigo Concert: I Joined Medikal To Support My ‘Sweet Ex’ – Sister Derby

Sister Derby has explained why she joined Medikal on stage to perform their hit single “Too Risky” at the O2 Indigo on Friday, May 3.

The performance of the duo became the highlight of the concert as it’s swept across the airwaves.

There have been talks about the reunion and some people have linked it to Medikal’s marital issues as the musician reveals he is no longer married to Fella Makafui.

To some music lovers and entertainment pundits, the act was to mock or cause some hurtful feelings for Fella Makafui but Medikal and other followers of his music argue it is purely showbiz, therefore has nothing to do with Fella/Medikal feud.

Sister Derby, in an interview with Kwadwo Sheldon, addressing the arguments and controversies noted her appearance at the concert was in support of her “sweet ex” career, not for any amorous purposes.

“It wasn’t to cause anything. It was basically to support my friend, my sweet ex. I wanted to come and support. He also wanted me on the show, so he invited me. I didn’t have any problem with that because we have made music together, and he’s my friend,” she replied.
