Obuasi Mine Deaths: What Kind Of Resetting Is This?…Is it A Coup D’état? – Prof. Osafo Slams Mahama, NDC

Prof. Joseph Osafo has warned against the hooliganism involving some fanatics of the governing National Democratic Congress.
Some “galamsey” miners believed to be National Democratic Congress (NDC) supporters, over the weekend, invaded AngloGold Ashanti reportedly trying to loot gold but unfortunately met their untimely death.
Eight persons have been reported dead as a result of a shootout within the company’s mine shaft under military protection.
Tackling this incident during Peace FM’s panel discussion programme “Kokrokoo”, Prof. Joseph Osafo vehemently condemned the behavior of the NDC fanatics.
He wondered why they have since the 2024 general elections after John Dramani Mahama was declared President resorted to vandalism and other illegal acts.
To him, this misconduct is gradually taking shape, hence called on the leadership of the NDC, particularly the President, to, with immediate effect, call their supporters to order.
“What is happening? Is it a coup d’état?”, he fumed, stressing “I’m so disappointed in what is happening. This is not a coup d’état!”
The Senior Psychologist also questioned President John Mahama’s resetting agenda if it involves his suppporters illegally taking over private and public companies, seizing properties and encroaching upon territories.
He asked; “What kind of resetting is this?”
