Pooley Murder: Girlfriend Remanded Into Police Custody For Helping Suspect Flee To Senegal
Asante Kotoko has issued an update on the murder case of Francis Yaw Frimpong, popularly known as Nana Pooley.
Nana Pooley, a dedicated Kotoko supporter, was fatally stabbed in Nsoatre on February 2, 2025 after Kotoko’s match against Nsoatreman.
The club, in a post on X, indicated that the girlfriend of the prime suspect, Daniel Febiri alias Rasta, has been arrested.
The girlfriend named Grace Siaw has been reportedly arrested for aiding the escape of Rasta.
Rasta is said to have fled to Senegal between February 4 and 17 through the support of Grace Siaw.
Grace Siaw was arraigned before the court on February 25 and remanded into custody.
She will reappear in court on Monday, March 3.
