Robbers Shoot MoMo Operator At Walewale

A mobile money vendor at Walewale in the North East Region has been shot by armed robbers.

The victim, named Rabiu, according to eye witness account, was attacked by three gunmen on motorbikes.

The attack, confirmed by the  Municipal Chief Executive of the area, Aremeyaw Somo Lucky, occurred on Monday at a bus station near Nalerigu junction.

Rabiu was rushed to Walewale Government hospital for urgent medical attention.
