Stop Such Violent Behavior One-Time Quick!! – Kwesi Pratt To NDC Supporters

Kwesi Pratt

Insight newspaper Chief Editor, Kwesi  Pratt has rebuked the NDC supporters who have resorted to violence in claiming public institutions and properties.

Mr. Pratt, joining Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” show panel on Tuesday, January 21, was unhappy about the way the supporters have misbehaved and still behaving in the country.

He therefore called on the President to publicly address the issue by letting his people know and understand he is President for all Ghanaians, not a section of the public who owe allegiance to his political party.

Questioning the logic in the NDC supporters’ attempts to take over public institutions, the Editor-in-Chief of the Insight newspaper called for an immediate end to the violence going in the country.

“Such violent behavior must end one-time quick”, he fumed.

Also, regarding the shooting incident at Obuasi where some illegal miners were gunned down as they trespassed AngloGold Ashanti’s mine shaft, Mr. Pratt called on President John Mahama to focus majorly on streamlining the mining sector, particularly by ending illegal mining, locally referred to as “galamsey”.
