Talk To Us…Don’t Keep Us In The Dark! – ECG Boss Told

Samuel Dubik Mahama, ECG MD

Professor Joseph Osafo has asked the Electricity Company of Ghana to tell Ghanaians the exact situation they are facing with the supply of power across the nation.

According to him, the ECG must communicate effectively and also release a schedule to guide electricity consumers in their daily activities.

He noted that the current intermittent power supply is having a huge negative impact on companies and individuals, adding the inability of the electricity supplier to be candid with Ghanaians in order to keep them on their toes is most unfair.

“Communicate with us; let’s be fair”, he stressed.

The Senior Psychologist asked the ECG, particularly the Managing Director, Samuel Dubik Mahama, to do the needful, emphasizing they should “communicate fairly. Experiencing a challenge is part of living. The humility to accept it maturity. The commitment to address it is leadership. The honesty to communicate it can be face-saving. Please, communicate well!”

“You can’t keep human beings in the dark”, he further said while contributing to a panel discussion on Peace FM’s morning show “Kokrokoo” with Kwami Sefa Kayi.
