Without Wisdom & Home Training; It’s Very Difficult To Be Vice President – Mireku Duker Hails Bawumia
George Mireku Duker, a Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, has touted Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as the best presidential candidate to lead Ghana next year.
Mireku Duker told the Ghanaian populace to note that the Vice President cum NPP flagbearer, Dr. Bawumia’s policies are realistic to enhancing the development of Ghana.
He eulogized the Vice President over his manifesto which he launched at Takoradi on Sunday, August 18 and pointed out how the New Patriotic Party under the leadership of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia have been working assiduously to restore Ghana following the COVID-19 pandemic and Russia/Ukraine war.
He also reminded Ghanaians of the social interventions that His Excellency Nana Akufo-Addo did for them during the pandemic, alluding to him paying teachers’ salaries despite not going to the classroom among other things the government did to sustain the survival of the citizenry.
Mireku Duker further asked Ghanaians to appreciate the work of Dr. Bawumia stressing “without wisdom and home training, it is very difficult to be a Vice President. It is very difficult, very extremely…without home training and wisdom, to be a Deputy is very difficult”.
He made these assertions during Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” show.
